2025 OBOP EVENT CALENDAR
EVENT REFUND POLICY
OBOP's general event refund policy is for a full refund up to the date of entries closing due to a competitor being unable to complete due to events outside their control e.g. injury, illness etc.
After the day of entries closing no refund will be given due to OBOP having incurred costs such as map printing. OBOP tries to keep its events as affordable as possible and reflects these in generally low entry fees while ensuring it at least covers its costs.
OBOP also reserves the right to postpone or cancel any event at its absolute discretion due to events outside its control, including, but not limited to, land access issues, bad weather, or other circumstances which may materially impact the safety or wellbeing of competitors. If such a situation occurs the preference will be for a postponement, with the event still going ahead at a later date. Refunds may be offered to competitors who can no longer attend an event at OBOP's discretion and an admin fee of $10 will be charged for actioning any refunds.
